Lemon cake/ Limonlu minik kekler

Ingredients: - 125 g softened butter - 125 g sugar - 2 eggs (medium-sized) - 125 g all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder - A pinch of salt - Juice and zest of 1 big lemon - 1 tosp yogurt Lemon Glaze: - 100 g powdered sugar - Juice of 1 lemon Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease your baking pan well and lightly dust it with flour to prevent sticking. 2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar. 3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Incorporate the lemon juice and zest into the batter and continue to mix. 6. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. 7. Finally, fold the yogurt into the batter. 8. Fill the mini Gugelhupf molds to about two-thirds full with the batter. 9. Bake the mini Gugelhupfs in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and a skewer inserted comes out clean. 10. Allow the mini Gugelhupfs to cool slightly in the pan before gently removing them. 11. Stir the lemon glaze mixture well until it forms a smooth glaze. 12. Drizzle the lemon glaze over the cooled mini Guaelhupfs in cool slightly in the pan before gently removing them. 11. Stir the lemon glaze mixture well until it forms a smooth glaze. 12.
