Getting Complex N’ Intense at California Strength

It’s Day 1 of the new training cycle and we’re getting Complex N’ Intense! This is start of the stretch run leading up to Nationals with 2 macro cycles left, and there’s a lot of work to be done. The Complex N’ Intense Cycle utilizes complexes to refine technique, and heavy squatting and max lifts to jack up the intensity and increase strength.
