Israeli forces STRIKE Hezbollah base in southern Lebanon as cross-border tensions escalate

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have reported that a fighter jet targeted a Hezbollah observation post and terror facility in Maroun el-Ras, southern Lebanon. This action comes in response to repeated cross-border attacks by the terror group. Following the airstrike, IDF forces also engaged an anti-tank missile squad in the same vicinity. During the night, IDF troops used mortars in the southern Lebanese village of Rab el-Thalathine to neutralize a perceived threat. In a subsequent development, Hezbollah launched several projectiles at northern Israel this morning, specifically near Shtula, Arab al-Aramshe, Manara, and Metula. Fortunately, there are no reported injuries from these attacks, according to the IDF.
