Snow Yoga and Ice Bath | THE MOST POWERFUL MORNING ROUTINE by Ice Girl

I created a little video of my morning routine during this winter in Russia. Three years ago I got to know the Wim Hof Method and trained for 10 weeks to make friends with the cold. Today the cold is the source of my power. Whenever I go to ice swim or practice yoga outside I enjoy the present moment while connecting to the nature. We filmed this video with one of my students. Practiced cold exposure during our yoga retreat. I wanted to record the routine so it can inspire many of you to connect to the power of the cold. Once I stepped on my yoga mat the incredible snow started falling down over me. It was truly one of the most magical moments, as I finished the practice it stopped falling too. I took an ice swim in the river and thought of three things I was grateful for, while enjoying a hot tea.
