L’idée est simple : jouer une musique pouvant globalement être qualifiée de « Prog » mais sans réelle contrainte, incluant l’ensemble des influences des membres du groupe pour un cocktail évocateur d’une volonté de totale liberté artistique. On retrouve donc chez HOST des plans passant du Hardcore au Hard Rock 80’s, du Death Metal au Post Rock, du Djent à de l’Ambiant, le tout digéré au service d’une intégrité bien marquée, l’intégrité étant la clé de voûte de Host. HOST is a progressive metal project from Ariège. The idea is simple: play music that can generally be described as “Prog“ but without any real constraint, including all the influences of the members of the group for an evocative cocktail of a desire for total artistic freedom.
