Dals do complete an Indian meal, and also make it wholesome and is a spicy & tasty recipe made with Masoor Dal, which can be done within minutes. The recipe is also super easy and absolutely fuss-free. #wholemasoordal #akkhamasoor #masoordaalrecipe #dhabastyledaal Ingredients Quantity Masoor dal 1 ½ cup Water 2 cup Salt to taste Turmeric powder ½ tsp Ghee ½ cup Dry red chilli 3 no Asafoetida ½ tsp Cumin ½ tsp Chopped ginger 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp Chopped onion 1 no Green chillies 2 no Tomato chopped 2 no Salt to taste Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Chopped coriander 1 hand full ginger julienne for Garnish Ghee for garnish Method 1. In a pressure cooker add the soaked dal , add 2 more cups of water , salt m turmeric powder and let the dal cook for 4 to 5 whistle on medium flame . 2. In a kadhai add ghee , dry red chilli , hing , cumin , chopped garlic , ginger , chopped onion and sauté it well for 3 min on high flame now add green chillies , tomato , salt , and mix it well , now add red chilli powder , garam masala ,coriander powder , jeera powder and mix it well for almost 1 min now add the boiled dal , mash it little bit and cook it for 10 mins , now add chopped coriander n mix it well , 3.
