Интервальная тренировка состоит из двух циклов, выполнять которые нужно поочередно :
- силовые упражнения
- кардио.
В зависимости от уровня подготовки подбирайте длительность циклов из соотношения 2:1 ( например 1 минута силовые и 30 сек кардио).
Выполняйте тренировку 1-2 раза в неделю, увеличивая время циклов на 10 секунд с каждой тренировкой.
