Pleading with South Africa for Mediation and Urgent Humanitarian Relief. As my pleadings with the Japanese and the Indian embassies for mediating in resolving this ongoing Hostage taking and my complete deprivation in Greece have so far remained unanswered, I therefore had to look for help elsewhere. Hence, I went to the South African embassy last Wednesday to plead for their help instead. Unlike all the other embassies I have visited thus far, I was received in a very polite and civilized manner and was also able to convey my request to them through two embassy officials there. They also agreed to set an appointment with their Ambassador after studying my emails. On my way back to my shelter, I also distributed 30 leaflets to businesses and asked for help, in terms of support for my Petition and monetary Donations. But nobody helped. I also suffered a severe Gallstone attack the same day which lasted until Sunday.
