This is how I edit my portraits most of the time. Mostly accurate non-destructive retouch which enhances the traits and removes distractions leaving the face natural and appealing. Here I use Wacom Intuos3 A5 tablet in Adobe Photoshop CS6, Dodge & burn, Liquify, Healing brush and other simple common tools. No plug-ins or blur whatsoever.
