Find me on Tiktok: @mina_rome?lang=en Find 57 Recipes in my Recipe Ebook: intro 0:00 INGREDIENTS NOTES #1 Quick Ginger Apple Oats 0:28 ½ cup quick cooking oats (45g) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 dash cinnamon pinch of salt hot water, just enough to cover the oats ½ tsp fresh ginger, shredded 1 splash oat milk pumpkin pie syrup, to taste (or other sweetener) 1 apple, shredded → serves 1 #2 Kimchi Beans on Toast 1:54 ½ can black beans (120g = 4,23oz) 2-3 tbsp vegan kimchi 1 tsp tomato paste 1/2 tsp sesame seeds splash of water 1 tsp agave 1 tbsp vegan butter 3 slices bread, glutenfree if u wish for the top: vegan chili mayo, fresh chives → serves 1 #3 Persimmon Yogurt Bowl 2:57 1 soft persimmon, peeled and mashed 1 serving thick soy yogurt 1-2 tsp vanilla protein powder handful of walnuts, crushed 1 dash cinnamon 1 serving granola #4 Cozy Banana Walnut Puddings 3:48 for the pudding base: 1 ¾ cup non dairy milk (440ml) ½ cup chia seeds (80g) 1 medium ripe banana 1-2 teaspoons agave, maple syrup for the walnut cream: 1 cup walnuts (100g) 6 deglet nour dates, soaked in hot water for 10 min OR 3 soft medjool dates 1 tsp vanilla generous pinch of salt for serving: 1 banana, chopped crushed walnuts → serves 4 I adapted the measurements and ingredients slightly. TAYLOR SWIFT CHAI COOKIE RECIPE: #6 Five Min Rosemary Bean Toasts 7:00 1 tbsp vegan butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1 sprig of rosemary 1 can white beans, rinsed (400g = 14oz) salt, pepper to taste 2-3 slices bread, toasted and topped w hummus or vg cream cheese #7 Homemade Winter Punch 7:39 ½ orange, cut into slices ½ apple, cut into slices 1 litre apple juice (4 cups) 2 cinnamon sticks 1-2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 cups (250-500ml) water, more if needed sprinkle of each: ground cardamom, ground cloves, ground ginger juice of ½ orange 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp sweetener (i did pumpkin spice syrup) 2 fruity tea bags → serves 4 #8 English Breakfast at a Cafe 8:48 at froindlichst in pberg, the breakfast was alright, i’d give it 6.5/10 #9 Vanilla Quinoa Porridge 9:17 ⅓ cup dry quinoa (60g) ⅔ cup (160ml) water quinoa cooking instructions: bring the quinoa and water up to a boil reduce heat to medium low allow to simmer with the lid partially on top for 15 min or until water has been absorbed fully by the quinoa it’s ok if it’s not super soft at this point, since you’re gonna let it cook a bit longer with the oat milk right after Also needed: ⅓ cup oat milk (80ml) 2-3 tbsp quick cooking oats 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder 1 tsp vanilla 1-2 tbsp crushed walnuts dash of cinnamon pinch of salt for the top: apple, almond butter, agave… → serves 1 MUSIC: intro: fluhalp: Trees & Lucy: Somar: ’Creamy waffles’ vlog music: • (no copyright music) lofi type beat ’...
