Poland: US military plane lands in southeastern Poland amid Ukraine-Russia crisis

Follow us on Telegram: Subscribe to our channel! A US military plane has touched down in Poland’s southeastern Rzeszow-Jasionka airport on Sunday. The Boeing C17A Globemaster III could be seen landing amid escalating tensions between Russia and Ukraine. Soldiers already touched down on Friday in the western German city of Wiesbaden. At least 2,000 soldiers have been sent to Europe from the US to provide support for NATO, after Russia dispatched military equipment and a reported 125,000 troops to the border of Ukraine. Moscow has denied any intension to invade Ukraine but has demanded a ban on Ukraine entering NATO as well as a withdrawal of NATO troops from several nearby countries.
