Pakistan’s gets first JF-17 Block 3: A Response to India’s Rafale Fighter Jet?

In a significant update, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has officially added the latest version of the JF-17 “Thunder“ fighter aircraft, known as the Block III variant, to its active fleet. This advanced aircraft is the result of collaboration between the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) and the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC). PAF officials describe this aircraft as a “fourth generation plus“ fighter jet. The single-seat JF17 Block 3 variant had its first flight in Chengdu, China, on December 15, 2019. The PAF placed an order for 50 JF-17 Block 3 aircraft, and the first of these upgraded jets was received on December 4, 2023. The latest enhancements include a reduced radar cross-section achieved through increased use of composites and improved avionics. China Central Television (CCTV), the state-run broadcaster, reported in September that the aircraft is now equipped with an active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. jf-17 thunder block 3,jf 17 block 3,jf 17 thunder block 3,jf-17 block 3,jf17 block 3,jf17b thunder block 3,block 3,jf 17 block 3 news,jf-17 thunder block 3 for argentina,jf17 thunder block 3,jf 17 block 3 specifications,jf 17 block 3 cockpit,jf-17 block 3 news,jf-17 thunder block 3 latest.
