Basic Stability ball workout (beginners)

A great workout to introduce you to using the Stability ball/Pilates ball/Swiss ball. This workout is also suitable for beginners who are new to Pilates in general. The focus is on gaining strength, stability and balance as you get more confident with the ball. A range of mat, seated and standing exercises will ensure a full body workout.
