The master series is back and today I consider myself extremely lucky. And that’s because I have an incredible sushi master gracing the studio with his presence. Chef Subhash Gurung has been working in the world of sushi for over 20 years and is a master of the Edomae style. With his help I will learn about the traditional techniques behind the most coveted sushi experience, Omakase. Saddle up and get ready to salivate! Also!
