LIVE: Shooting on Maidan victims remembered in Kiev - Ground position

A special light-show named the ‘Ray of Respect’ will be installed on Maidan Square in Kiev, February 20, to commemorate those who died during last year’s protests. Rays of light will appear at the precise locations where individuals lost their lives on and around the now iconic square. At 17:00 GMT a minutes silence will also be held after church bells ring and traffic in the vicinity is requested to stop. Afterwards, a requiem on Maidan Square will be held in commemoration of the victims. -------------
