#waisttwistingdisc #tummytwister #fitnessover50 Today I decided to do a workout using waist twisting disc (also known as magnetic trimmer, ab twister disc, precision rotator disc etc.) We all have some fitness equipment that we rarely use or do not use at all. And there’s nothing wrong with tools like tummy twister. Sometimes it’s just not obvious how to make the whole workout with it interesting and diversified. So, I came up with 11 different exercises with figure trimmer which may make your workout flow less monotonous. Most of the exercises can be done even without a jogging plate, but with it it’s just a bit more fun! It should also be stated that almost all the exercises include core rotation and affect side abs (oblique)!
