Slow life in our French farmhouse

Bonjour bonjour! In this video I am sharing a little update on how our garden is doing this year! Some things are great, some things have failed :) I guess that’s life. I am also taking you with me on a little trip we took as a family to the Beaujolais wine region. RECIPE The recipe for the vegan peanut butter cookies is a recipe from Isabel Paige’s cookbook. The cakes is a recipe that will be in my cookbook as well. They are healthy almond cakes: 3 ripe bananas 3 eggs 75g almond flour 1tsp baking powder 6 dried apricots (unsulphured) Mix the eggs with the bananas until smooth. Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix. Cut the apricots in little slices and add to the batter. Pour in 6 small ramequins and leave about 1 cm from the rim.
