1700s POV - Watching a String Quartet Perform Haydn (unknown film fragment)

Haunting clip is an unlabeled excerpt or outtake in the EYE archives from what I assume is a 1930s early sound film. I didn’t do much here, just remixed the audio/video. The group is playing Haydn’s hymn “Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser“
