How I got rid of my Fibromyalgia (THE TRUTH)

The very first video I ever made on YouTube was a video titled “How I got rid of my Fibromyalgia.“ In it, I talked about how my Fibromyalgia symptoms disappeared after I completed an elimination diet called The Whole30. I’ve gotten a ton of comments on that video. Many from people saying they tried the Whole30 and their pain disappeared too! Some comments from people angry at me for suggesting it… And that’s been weighing on me. My Fibromyalgia is officially in remission but I’ve never been 100% sure why
