Charles Wilfred Orr - A Cotswold Hill Tune

C. W. Orr was an English composer chiefly known for his settings of poems by A. E. Housman. This charming string miniature is therefore something of a rarity. It is played in this recording by the Royal Ballet Sinfonia, conducted by David Lloyd-Jones. The paintings all depict scenes of the Cotswolds.
