Three people have died in a flood zone in Orsk (Russia) after a dam burst, according to operational services ️ Over 700 people have been evacuated from the flooded neighbourhood of Stariy Gorod in Orsk. ️ Over 2,400 residential houses and over 3,000 neighbourhood territories have been flooded. ️ Many of those who previously refused to evacuate are now asking rescuers to take them to a safe zone.  242 people, including 73 children, are already in temporary accommodation centres.
