Closing Event for the CULTA Project

CULTA “Cultural Training and Activation Initiative“ project (10/2018-09/2021) has developed capabilities of cultural and creative actors, especially in terms of business expertise and entrepreneurial skills and encouraged actors to co-operate across the Finland-Russia border. Now, CULTA is coming to an end, and we sincerely invite you to join us for the livestream of the CULTA closing event - “ENABLING POSITIVE CHANGE: Finnish-Russian endeavours for Culture and Co-Creation. Time: September 23rd, 2021. Start from 14:00 (Helsinki Time) Place: CULTA is organized by Oulu University of Applied Sciences and South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences from Finland, and Petrozavodsk State University and Karelian College of Culture and Arts from Russia. The project is funded by KareliaCBC Program which is financed by EU, Finland and Russia.
