‘Stronger than ever’: Sky News host praises Trump after surviving assassination attempt

Sky News host Gabriella Power said former US president Donald Trump has given the American people “hope” after he survived an assassination attempt. Mr Trump was targeted by a lone shooter at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. Former President Trump wrote on Truth Social: “We will FEAR NOT, but instead remain resilient in our faith and defiant in the face of wickedness“. Gabriella Power praised Mr Trump for his bravery and leadership following the attack. “This is a man who just survived an assassination attempt, with a bullet coming within millimeters of going through his brain,” Ms Power said. “Whether you like him or not, there is no question Donald Trump is a brave, strong and fierce leader”.
