This is one of the “dlc“ parts, here BM Military you play as soldier Steven Mills, the other ones are Azure sheep (playing as security guard Justin Barnes) and Blue Shift (playing as security guard Barney Calhoun). Just google it and find it on steam workshop. Download it and follow install instructions. Very easy to install.
