Anne Baxter

Anne Baxter (May 7, 1923 -- December 12, 1985) was an American actress born on May 7, 1923. Best known for her performances in films such as The Magnificent Ambersons (1942), The Razor’s Edge (1946), All About Eve (1950) and The Ten Commandments (1956). Baxter was born in Michigan City, Indiana, to Kenneth Stuart Baxter and Catherine Baxter-Wright), whose father was the famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright. In 1946, Baxter married actor John Hodiak.
