Safari as a way of life

Putting their motto, “Safari as a way of life“ to the test, Dutch Safari Company attempt to drive two vintage 2-door Range Rovers from Austin, Texas to Big Bend National Park, more than 1200-miles round trip. Childhood friends and business-partners Erica Plumlee and Nick Van Den Akker, grew up craving adventure. When fate brought a Land Rover series into their lives, they began to plan one for the ages, a trip to Patagonia. Not wanting to ruin the Series, they decided it would be better to import a Land Rover from Europe and began the long and complicated process of figuring out how to do that.
