The 50 random winners will be announced on the “Community“ tab of the channel October 6, so make sure to subscribe to find out if you won! 🤗 📒 Ingredients: Oatmeal (the kind that doesn’t require cooking) - 600 g (2 1/2 cup); Water - 500 ml (19.2 oz); Pumpkin - 300 g (2 cups); Sugar - 2 tbsp or more; Cinnamon - 1 tbsp; Baking powder - 1 tbsp; Vanilla extract - 1-2 tbsp; Vegetable oil or melted butter - 50 ml (0.2 cup); Dried raisins - 1-2 tbsp; Dry berries - 1-2 tbsp; Ground walnuts - 1-2 tbsp; Dried and cut apricots - about 10; Whipped cream - for decorating! 👩‍🍳 Instructions: - Mix the oatmeal with the water and let it rest for 10 minutes; - Cut and grate the pumpkin; - Add all the ingredients to the oatmeal; - Prepare the baking dish by adding a baking sheet and greasing it; - Add the mixture and bake for 40 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 C (356 F); - Cut into slices and decorate with whipped cream!
