ESL How to teach Listening | Lexical Approach

Today I’d like to talk about Teaching General English and how to teach listening in accordance with Lexical Approach. If you disagree with me about certain points, let me know about my inaccuracies in the comment section. So, first off, we should remember about the basics - that is, a student needs to do listening for gist and listening for details. And it goes without saying, but what I want to draw your attention to is to this... To me, it’s a golden rule and honestly, we ignore a huge number of words that are imprisoned on pages where we have got a transcript. And it shouldn’t be that way cause a student always needs to leave our classroom having a list of fruitful words to learn.
