Making siding segments- bent lamination

A short video of a part of the project I’ve been working on for the last month or so. The project is a bent lamination siding that consists of 52 horizontal larch segments. Each segment is glued from six 7mm x 100mm slats. Radius is approx. 135cm. and the glue used is two component melamine glue. It takes arround 7 hours for the glue to harden so I had just enough time to glue 2 segments each day using one mould. Finished siding will be assembled around the part of the house that surrounds a round staircase
