Oki-Albi, a mysterious composer was the band-leader of the “Romanian Orchestra“, wrote many pieces for piano (looks at the opus number), and these seems to be transcriptions of orchestral versions of his pieces. The charming salon piece was released in the beginning of the 20th century.
