I have made it with long hair fabric in blue but you can do it with Felt, any microfiber towel or fabric that you have at home. I have sewn everything with a needle and thread, I have filled it with cushion filling or cotton. I have made the mouth with a hot silicone gun and felt and I have used googly eyes.
