House of Black | Remembrance

❝En stirps nobilis et gens antiquissima Black.❞ - The first of a few Marauders’ Era videos that will be posted this week! I wasn’t sure how to exactly title this, because the video is kind of specific. It’s about the Black family, but focused on the younger generation (the Black sisters & the Black brothers). I had originally separated the Black sisters from the Black brothers, but decided to join them together in this video. And even then, it’s more about the ones that defected from their family ideals — Andromeda, who married a Muggle-born; Sirius, who challenged the Pure-blood mania; and Regulus, who betrayed the Dark Lord for his morals. Yet, I didn’t include much of their significant others, choosing instead to highlight how their decisions affected their siblings. (Part of that was because fancasting is hard and creating manips are tedious.) It’s complex, I know. I do hope that the message came across well, though. These st
