Prague Fertility Centre recommendation… …generally, we recommend laser-assisted immotile sperm selection in patients undergoing surgical sperm retrieval (MESA, TESE), or in patients diagnosed with sperm immotility (asthenozoospermia, oligoasthenoteratozoospermia, necrozoospermia). Using LAISS a single laser shot is applied close to the tip of the sperm tail using a non-contact µm diode laser system.
