Maria Sur - Never Give Up

Bidrag: “Never Give Up“ Låtskrivare: Laurell Barker och Anderz Wrethov. 18-åriga Maria är född och uppvuxen i Zaporizjzja i Ukraina där hon var en av deltagarna i landets upplaga av The Voice. Maria och hennes mamma flydde landet för tryggheten i Sverige, där hennes moster bor, medan hennes pappa tvingades stanna kvar. Fast besluten att inte låta kriget ta ifrån henne drömmarna sökte hon upp en mängd personer som sysslar med musik vilket ledde till att Maria framträdde på galan ”Hela Sverige skramlar”. Vid sidan av artistkarriären går Maria på musikskolan Lilla Akademien i Stockholm och läser en distanskurs på konstuniversitetet i Kiev. Bidraget ”Never Give Up” är självbiografiskt och handlar just om att följa sina drömmar och att aldrig ge upp, trots det som händer i världen.
