Red Viburnum - Ukrainian Battle Anthem (Metal version)

This is my version of Ukrainian patriotic song Oi u luzi chervona kalyna (Red Viburnum in the Meadow). It was written by the Ukrainian poet Stepan Charnetsky in 1914 in honor of the Ukrainian Sich riflemen. As with other patriotic songs, it served as a battle anthem in the Ukrainian fight for independence (1917-1921) and was banned during the Soviet occupation of Ukraine. Andriy Khlyvnyuk’s a capella rendition amidst the 2022 siege of Kiev reintroduced it to the world in the context of the barbaric Russian invasion. ().
