Putin, Kim Jong-un sign agreement on comprehensive strategic partnership

The leaders of Russia and DPRK have signed an agreement on a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two states. The deal was concluded after talks between Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un that lasted around two hours.
