For 1000s of years the lion has been a #Jewish symbol. The Asiatic Lion, once native to our region, went extinct in the 10th Century. This week, as we mark #WorldLionDay, we’re celebrating the return of these bold & beautiful creatures 🦁 to #Israel thanks to the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo!
