DB 6-Way Shoulder Raises

Here I am demonstrating the Dumbbell 6-way shoulder raise set. A fantastic shoulder day finisher/burn-out set. This particular “movement” is comprised of 6 different DB shoulder raises all put into 1. Sequentially perform 1: High Pull 2: Frontal raise 3: Lateral Raise 4: Bent over dual arm row 5: Reverse fly 6: Overhead raise Perform 5-10 repetitions of each movement first then immediately do the following movement and rest after ALL 6 of them have been completed and that is ONE SET.
