In the clip, a man wakes up strapped to a chair. There’s a device clamped around his eyes and some sort of mechanics attached to all of his fingers. John Kramer, aka Jigsaw (Tobin Bell), identifies this man as a hospital custodian and offers him 60 seconds to complete this “game“ or he’ll lose his eyesight - and maybe his life.
