My heart is broken when I saw this video on our VK group. Emaciated little puppy was crawling, possibly by a run-over, as a result - over time Valencia’s knee got badly injured. Then he couldn’t move much, couldn’t find enough food. People shooed him away as his injury turned bad smell... The lady gave him a bit food and called us for help. Right after saw the post, Dame Pata went there to help. We searched for him - finally found him hid under a car... Valen behaved very friendly even got shooed by human. It’s an indicator he must used to a pet of someone... Look at he ran to us - very few friendly people to him... He’s around 15 kilos underweighted, so small in our car... In pain and starved - but behaved consistently good... We took in to the vet immediately - around 8:00 PM
