With bags of history between them, D being part of Liberty Grooves in London in the early 90s and Specifik a key player in the Exeter/Bristol scene of the mid to late 90s, the duo have a passion for hip hop which has manifested beyond their roles as hip hop artists. With radio shows for Kane FM and Trax FM between them as well as Specifik’s prominence as a graf writer and Whirlwind D’s hip hop articles in Record Collector Magazine and other publications, the pair have most bases covered.
