About a year ago Mike Taylor and I both showed up to a writing session in our black cars wearing all black. We joked about it for a while, but then starting working on a song. From the style of wearing all black to Nina Simone interviews, there was so much inspiration. People always ask me how long it took to write the track - it was the most effortless collaboration I had ever done.
