Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat US Navy 1/72 Eduard Profipack 7077 Full Build Video | RWO Models

New build video of the Eduard Profipack Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat in 1/72 scale, and final video for 2021. I had this kit waiting in my stash for over two years and thought it was a good time to build it since I finally wanted to tackle photo etch for the first time. I had already built the Eduard Weekend Edition F6F-5N Hellcat Nightfighter so I knew what to expect – and where I could improve. The model shows a late F6F-5 version flown in May 1945. White 115 was part of VF-83 aboard USS Essex. The F6F Hellcat was the dominant fighter in the second half of the Pacific War and destroyed more enemy aircraft than any other Allied naval aircraft.
