TIFF Artistic Director and Co-Head Cameron Bailey is joined by Judas and the Black Messiah stars Daniel Kaluuya and Dominique Fishback and director, producer, and co-writer Shaka King for an exclusive conversation about their critically acclaimed film. Judas and the Black Messiah follows the FBI’s infiltration of the Black Panther Party’s Illinois chapter and the eventual assassination of its charismatic leader, Fred Hampton (Kaluuya, who just won the best supporting actor Golden Globe for his performance).
