I’ve designed this experience to provide an activation and alignment of each of the 7 main Chakra centers in 30 minutes. Beginning with the Root Chakra and aligning our power centers all the way up to the Crown Chakra. . There will be a notification at the beginning of each Chakra transition with a gentle tap of a Planetary Chime that is associated to one of the 7 Chakras. There will then be a blend of one of my Planetary tuning forks that is also associated with one of the seven Chakras as well as the main note of a crystal singing bowl to initiate the re-balancing and realignment of each power center. ***About Each Chakra*** 0:00 - INTRO 2:07 - ❤️Root - I AM - This Chakra connects to feelings of security, stability, and groundedness. ✨If you’re feeling out of alignment in this power center, you may experience feelings of insecurity, fear, and instability in your life.
