It’s not a Moss rock. It’s the most delicious Matcha cake!

Hello everyone! I’m here today with a Matcha mousse cake that looks like moss stone. It has Matcha financier, mousse and streusel. If you like Matcha, you’ll definitely love this one! I also want to take a moment to share with you something personal. As some of you know, I have a one year old baby who needs my attention and care. Thank you so much guys! 🍏 Instagram 🍓 Subscribe 🍒 Email sundaybakingchannel@ 🍑 Music Matcha financier 3 Egg whites 105g Sugar 70g Honey 20g Almond powder 50g Cake flour 45g Matcha powder 7g Unsalted butter (Melted) 100g 15cm X 15cm Pan Bake at 350F for about 18min (Baking time can be different depends on your oven) Matcha streusel Unsalted butter 95g Sugar 70g Almond powder 35g Cake flour 160g Matcha powder 3g Bake 275F for about 30 minutes *I wanted to make the streusel as green as possible, so I baked it at a low temperature. Matcha mousse Milk 65g Matcha powder 3g White chocolate 120g 2 Gelatin sheets 4g Whipped cream 130g The mold I used: Silikomart SF002 Half sphere mold (Diameter 7cm)
