Eggs and Cheese - 1941 | The Archivist Presents | #351

I love cheese, but it was once on ration here in the UK. I love this film about some exciting goodies arriving by boat from the USA. Lord Woolton greets the first ship of Lease and Lend food to arrive from America. Lord Woolton and Mr Harriman arrive at the docks where cheese is brought out of a hold for Lord Woolton and Mr Harriman to taste. Eggs are also inspected. General shots of the cargo being unloaded.
