Add 400 ml of water and mix. If the dough is too dry add the remaining 100 ml. Mix with your hands. Dough must be sticky and wet. Cover the bowl and transfer to a warm, non drafty place. I place mine in my turned OFF oven. Allow it to rise (double it’s size). Transfer the dough into a non-stick bread loaf pan. Heat the oven to 400 F (200 C). Bake the bread for 45 to 50 minutes. Cover the pan with aluminum foil to prevent it from over browning. Remove from oven and flip onto a cooling rack. Cool down completely before slicing. Wrap the bread in foil and keep it in the fridge for longer life. Enjoy! Music courtesy of Artlist - Avner Kelmer - Bread & Breakfast
