Святые супруги прошли свой земной путь, никогда не разлучаясь, кротостью, терпением и мудростью преодолевая все трудный испытания, выпавшие на их долю. Студия ВГИК Режиссер: Надежда Михайлова Продолжительность - 13 мин. 2008 г. ============================ ENGLISH The Story about Pyotr and Fevronia This movie was based on the life story (hagiography) of the two Russian Orthodox Saints - Pyotr and Fevronia from the Murom city. For the Russian Orthodox believers they symbolize the eternal love, marriage and family. Their fest day has almost the same meaning as the Valentine’s Day and is celebrated in summer on the 8th of July. The story - Apanage prince Paul (Russian: Павел) is disturbed, as a guileful snake (Satan) has gotten into the habit of visiting his wife disguising himself as the prince. His wife finds out that the only man who can defeat the snake with a magiс sword is Paul’s brot
