Titles read: ’PEEPS THROUGH THE WINDOW OF THE WORLD’. Various locations of events. In Leeds we see various shots of three men working machinery that can build two concrete semi-detached houses in three weeks. The mixed concrete comes along a conveyor belt and is fed through a chain of buckets to the shuttering which shapes the wall. A one-legged man has built a special tricycle he can use, made from old car and bicycle parts. The man sits in the bike with his leg out in front; there are two wheels at the front and one at the back. The man cycles along on the bike with his good leg working a ratchet to move the wheels.
